Corrections are the most useful thing you can send us. Robot specifications change with each product generation, and an outdated figure on a buying guide is worth fixing quickly.

What to get in touch about
- Corrections. If a specification, band or figure is wrong or out of date, tell us which page and what it should be.
- Calculator questions. If a result looks wrong, send the values you entered and what you expected.
- Suggestions. If there is a calculation you keep doing by hand before buying, we would like to know about it.
- Partnership and press enquiries. Also to the address above.
What we cannot help with
We cannot provide technical support for a specific product, diagnose a fault, or handle warranty and return issues. Those go to the manufacturer or the retailer you bought from, who have the serial number and the purchase record.
We also cannot tell you which single model to buy. Our calculators narrow the specification range; the final choice depends on availability, current pricing and reviews of that specific unit in your market.
Response times
This is a small independent site rather than a company with a support desk. We aim to reply within a few days, and corrections are usually acted on faster than that.
